As most of my watchers know, I have been attempting water shots recently. Poorly, I might add. I still have not achieved what I want to, but I thought this one was okay. Certainly nothing special.

This shot actually looks like I did more to it than I did. Blue food coloring and enhanced in PS. I duplicated the original layer and multiplied it, and then reduced the transparency to about 25%.

I love it , and uhmmm... can you tell me why you duplicated it and reducaed the transparency... I just wanna learn more about these things, i am not really good...

In PhotoShop when you duplicate a layer and then set that layer to "multiply" it will generally give the shot a bit more depth. It will also make it darker so I reduced the transparency. This was shot with my old Sony camera that could leave images looking "flat". By making the edits I did it gave it a bit more life. Hope that helps. :)
