By the way, you really should take a look at this in full-view. Spencer's eyes look simply amazing and are completely unaltered (Not unaltered in the dA sort of way, but actually unaltered).

see the beauty of the spider-style is that it can be applied to such a huge variety of genres. and the really cool thing is.. it works in its applications. I find it amazing what you managed to do here with a kid like Spencer. A lot of story ideas floating in my head in regards to this.. hehe i'll share them later though, i'm supposed to be doing other stuff now :D

I really love this peice, but I must ask. Makeup on the child, or color alterations. You mentioned that you didn't change the color of the eyes, but that doesn't mean you changed something else. The only reason I ask is I find the forehead too bright in comparison to the rest of the image. Actually, I will take it back, I SEE make up, so why didn't you powder down the forehead :S

I like it, the forehead doesn't ruin it. It has an amazing mood.
